Crew Member Expectations:

• Willingness to learn and a diligent work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation to the office every day
• Capability to work 35-plus hours per week
• Meet company standards and requirements and comply with all safety rules & regulations
• Proper use and maintenance of all equipment
• Maintain a professional image

What the Job Entails:

• 8-10 hours per day outdoors in all weather conditions
• Landscape maintenance and installation tasks such as mulching, trimming, planting, and spring/fall cleanups
• Tasks associated with hardscape installations, including walkways, patios, walls, and outdoor living spaces
• Occasional communication with customers and vendors
• Accurate and timely completion of paperwork

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year of landscape maintenance experience. Please include relevant work history on your resume.
• Basic understanding of hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners
• Experience driving a truck while pulling a trailer is preferred
• Experience with landscape power tools such as hedge trimmers, chainsaws, and string trimmers is preferred
• Clean and valid PA driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
